As co-owner of Heartland, Don brings nearly 40 years construction experience to the table. He has played most every role in that time, beginning as a laborer and advancing to Area Manager of a major construction company in Charlotte before leaving to form Heartland Contracting. He is experienced in construction management, recruitment and hiring, training, supervision, estimating, cost and quality control, budgeting, scheduling, negotiating contracts, and marketing. At Heartland he utilizes the training and experience of that 40 years and his “perfectionist” nature to require and insure that all projects are completed on budget, on time, and to the total satisfaction of the client.
