Scope
New out of the ground build with full site work package including detention pond, storm water piping, concrete, paving, and landscaping. Structural steel with metal stud framing, brick veneer & EIFS exterior and metal panel roof assembly. Interior finishes include glass office walls, flooring, ceilings, wall covering and trims. Full connections to city utility services.
Unique Challenges
Coordination with multiple owner provided building packages and trades. Metal truss roof framing. Spray foam roof and wall insulation package. Lift station with force main sewer line. Relocation of existing poles with electrical service provider.
