Scope
Complete interior demolition of dormitory and build out for new open work space, offices, and conference rooms. Install new windows, roof assembly, curtain wall, building systems, and complete elevator install.
Unique Challenges
Existing water infiltration, remediation was required, building systems and data cabling exposed throughout, steel for elevator set inside existing structure.
